These tools do not only help teach you to build the platform, but also how to make changes or to find faults before you even launch it on the world wide web. So for those who do not know, we will cover the basics of using XAMPP on your device to setup your localhost server, as well as, using a simple editor like Visual Studio for example within which you will write your codes.
